WASHBOARD BILL on UKULELE || Other Great Vintage Rhythm

I like the way he picks up his ukulele and starts to noodle about. Then the filmer says, "Ah, you gotta sing somethin’ Bill, his response: Oooh, Goood!" This is Bill singing his own composition and favorite song, Sunshine Florida. He once recorded an album for the Smithsonian with Pete Seeger and Brownie McGhee and cut several singles for King Records. See move info on the YouTube sidebar under 'more'. This is from 1988.
