I wanted to create this blog as a place where I can store and retrieve information for future reference. I chose the name Humble Uker Ramblings because I have started out strumming my father's 1950's painted Harmony ukulele. I think that the greatest appeal of the ukulele as "the people's instrument" is it's humble simplicity. My contact email is HumbleUker@gmail.com. I have also been working on a blog for the Baritone Ukulele called Humble Baritonics.

NYC Ukulele Cabaret || Rick Bruner
I don't know where my old e-friend Jason Tagg has gone. He doesn't know me but I loved the Midnight Ukulele Disco interviews and videos that he produced and created. I didn't really like seeing his butt-naked intros, but the music was really fun and he had some major talent appear, for example, Craig Robertson. Now there's more going on in the NYC ukulele scene. Below are just a few videos from Rick Bruner's YouTube Channel and there's also the UKULELE CABARET and the UKULELE SALON.
