Some YT commenter playing notes...
1st position chord he's using is A (1200), while hammering on w/ the two fingers you use to make that A, & then also adding the 3rd fret on the A and E strings.
3rd line of a verse (e.g. "Well I wake...") it's an A barre chord (2225), a shape he slides up to play a G on the 5th line (e.g. "It's a shame...") and a quick G#.
At 2:45 he plays a Emsus4 (0430) that he slides around, then a Dmsus4 barre (10 11 10 10) that he slides around.
Listen/watch the video & you should be able to figure it out.
